Each order is as unique as the individual receiving the embroidered item as such all pricing is customized. In general, the following will impact pricing: embroidery size, stitch count, thread type, thread colors, applique, monogram, location and font type.

We can apply customer provided embroidery files to products; however, we recommend purchasing a sew out of the image prior to having our staff apply it to the product. Sew outs cost $10 each.

To embroider a design the image must first be turned into a digital format that can be read by embroidery machines. This process requires specialized skills and techniques. Our digitizers communicate throughout the design process and receive approval before beginning embroidery work. Each digitizing process includes 3 mockups. Additional mockups can be purchased for $15 each.

Digitizing begins at $30 per image. Business customers will pay a one-time logo digitizing fee unless your logo changes in the future.

Katgardon Embroidery & Designs includes one sew out per digitized image. Additional sew outs cost $10 each. 

We offer a variety of products that can be customized and will add the supplied product to your order. If you have a specific item that you would like embroidered, please let our staff know.

Products we can embroider on include but are not limited to: polo shirts, hats, uniforms, t-shirts, onesies, sweatshirts, pullovers, denim, jackets, backpacks and totes, aprons, towels, robes, sheets, pillowcases and blankets. 

Design placement is important when creating your customized designs. Our team will provide guidance and recommend location and sizing when working with you during the mock-up process. Please feel free to be direct and speak openly about your likes and dislikes.
